Refund Policy

1. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes Policy

Due to the fact that all purchases are manufactured to order, we do not accept cancellations for refund or credit once proof acceptance or the proof-bypass window has elapsed, nor do we accept returns on completed orders. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and believe we did not perform an adequate job, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will make every effort to resolve the matter. If we decide in our sole discretion to replace any items or to refund or credit any funds paid for an order, the replacement, refund, or credit will represent our complete, single, and total obligation and your sole and exclusive remedy with regard to that purchase.

If Alpacko decides to reimburse any sums to the Customer, the Customer understands and agrees that such refund will be handled in the same manner in which Customer made the initial payment (e.g., credit card). If Customer places an order using a line of credit, any refunds will first be applied to any outstanding Alpacko credit, and then any residual balance due and owing to Customer will be reimbursed to Customer in the same manner as the original payment was made by Customer (e.g., credit card).

If you dispute a charge on your credit/debit card, you agree that Alpacko may authorise a third-party vendor to handle and attempt to resolve the dispute on Alpacko's behalf, which may include Alpacko providing the vendor with the following information: your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and the first six and last four digits of your credit/debit card number. You agree that Alpacko may transmit such information to the third-party vendor, who may then reveal it to your credit/debit card company, the bank providing the credit/debit card, and Alpacko's merchant processing firm in order to resolve the dispute. Alpacko will make every effort to get an agreement from the third-party vendor to respect the confidentiality of such information.

If you dispute lawful Alpacko charges to your credit/debit card and your claim is later determined to be fraudulent, you agree to refund Alpacko for its costs (including bank and legal fees) involved in resolving the dispute.
